Calista was created with two overall goals in mind: to operate as a successful business and to improve the socioeconomic lives of our Shareholders and the Calista Region. We know our success enhances the lives of our people. As we grow as a Corporation, we want you to remember, Calista is always looking to the future.

In July, 2015, Calista Shareholders made the historic decision to welcome new generations of Shareholders to our Corporation.

In December 2017, Calista issued 100 shares of new Class C life-estate stock to Descendants of original Calista Shareholders and 100 shares of new Class D life-estate stock to Natives who were eligible to receive original Calista stock on December 18, 1971, but did not. We opened enrollment in 2017, and it is anticipated that between 20,000 and 40,000 new Shareholders will apply to enroll.

We accept enrollment applications online, by mail, by fax, by email, by phone and at Calista offices in Bethel and Anchorage. Enrollment teams periodically visit Calista region communities and other Alaska locations where our Shareholders reside and gather.
